How to create beautiful Paint Shop Pro Tubes using the Crystal Clear icon set. These attractive icons can easily be converted to psptubes and used in your website, desktop, and photograph design projects.
Steps:
1. Open up the Crystal Clear icon set web page.
2. Click on the icon you want to convert to a psptube.
3. Right click on the link and save the png file to your computer.
4. Open the *.png file in Paint Shop Pro. (No need to cut out the background because it is already transparent).
5. Go to File > Export > Picture Tube
6. Give the tube a name, leave the default export settings and save.
7. Now your new psptube is available under tube tool for all your projects.

When I edit a picture I use Kodak, pashtinop pro and photo shop,if you want to select 1 thing in a picure and make a new back ground for it, photo shop would be the way to go. There is no perfect program that does everything.
